Other Details to Note

The main house is a well-loved short-term rental, and its front entrance and foyer share a common wall with the apartment, so some occasional noise may carry through. Aside from the backyard exit, there are no shared interior spaces.

Walkable neighborhood — most daily needs, dining and attractions are within a 5–15 minute walk. Local transit options: WMATA Metrorail (King Street–Old Town station on Blue/Yellow lines ~0.5–0.8 miles), Alexandria Union Station for Amtrak and VRE commuter rail, Alexandria DASH local buses and multiple Metrobus routes.
